4 Cycle Tech Seminar

Saturday February 20th Hosted At Kart-O-Rama

There is no cost for this seminar but you must pre-register

The Seminar starts and 10am and finish around 3pm. 

After the success of the 2009 IKF 4 Cycle Tech seminars and with the number of requests for more seminars, The IKF 4 Cycle Tech Committee is pleased to announce 3 IKF 4 Cycle Tech Seminars just in time for the start of the 2010 IKF Region 6 Gold Cup Sprint and Road Race Season.

Mike Schorn - IKF National Board Member, IKF 4 Cycle Committee member will be conducting the Seminars along with several regional 4 Cycle tech inspectors from the Northwest.

The Seminars will focus on the regionally popular Briggs World Formula and Animal Engines.

Instructors will cover the latest IKF 4 cycle engine rule updates and procedures in pre and post race tech.

The seminars are open to all who like to come and learn about the Briggs World Formula and Animal engines along with IKF Tech procedures.

Seminar #2 

In conjunction with the Annual Portland Karting Association’s Swap meet, the Second Seminar will be held Saturday March 6, 2010 1:00PM and will be hosted by:

The later start time of the Seminar will allow karters plenty of time for trading at the Annual PKA Spring Swap Meet and then finish off the day with the Seminar and refreshments.

We will be doing a Hands on Mychron Seminar by Blake Choquer in early 2010.  You must have a Mychron 4 and your lap top. 

Blake will be downloading the same information into all lap tops.  This way all the people can do the same thing and learn how to use the Race Studio program.  Stay tuned for more information the date.  Off course we will be providing lunch and refreshment through out the day.
